Our Story

Founded in 2014 by RUDASINGWA Alphonse, ALPHAFISH began as a vision to transform Rwanda's abundant sardine resources into premium products that serve both local and regional markets.

What started as a small-scale operation has grown into a professionally registered enterprise (RDB: 14/11/2022) that combines traditional processing methods with modern quality standards. We specialize in processing sardines from Rwanda's pristine lakes - Kivu, Burera, and Ruhondo - into four distinct product lines.

Today, ALPHAFISH serves supermarkets and local markets across Rwanda, delivering consistent quality and extended shelf life through our professional processing techniques and strategic facility locations.
